Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE. L. of 2016 No. 119, p. 1, as amended. hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”), we provide you with the following information:

3. Purposes of processing, scope and legal basis for processing

The administrator will process your personal data in order to select the appropriate property that meets your expectations, including the financing offer. Your personal data is processed in the following areas: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the voluntarily expressed consent to the processing of data.

4. Period of personal data storage

The administrator will store your personal data until the consent is withdrawn. The consent may be revoked at any time by contacting the Data Administrator by sending an e-mail to the address kontakt@tps.pl

5. Recipients of data

The administrator will transfer your personal data to suppliers to whom services related to the processing of personal data are commissioned, e.g. IT service providers, entities related to the Administrator economically, personally or organizationally, and financial advisors. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with his instructions.

6. Rights related to the processing of your personal data

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

1. the right to withdraw consent to data processing to the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent, it is possible to withdraw consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal. The consent may be withdrawn by sending a declaration of consent withdrawal to the e-mail address kontakt@tps.pl
2. the right to access personal data,
3. the right to request the rectification of personal data,
4. the right to request the deletion of personal data,
5. the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data,
6. the right to object to data processing,
7. the right to transfer personal data, – the right to receive personal data from the Administrator, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. Thanks to this, it is possible to send this data to another data administrator or request the Administrator to send your data to another administrator. However, only if such a message is technically possible. You have the right to transfer your personal data only with regard to the data that we process on the basis of a contract or consent;
8. the right to lodge a complaint with the authority, – you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
